We are aware of fraudulent individuals impersonating FCT Bank staff on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and via phone calls. They promise fake loans, job offers and investment returns. FCT Bank does NOT conduct banking or recruitment via personal WhatsApp numbers or social media DMs.
Fraudsters contact victims on WhatsApp offering "quick loans" and request upfront "processing fees". FCT Bank does not offer loans via WhatsApp.
Fake emails claiming your account will be frozen unless you "verify" your details by clicking a link. Ignore these and report to us immediately.
Callers pretend to be FCT Bank staff and request your ATM PIN, card number or OTP to "unblock" your account. Hang up immediately.
Scammers advertise fake FCT Bank vacancies and request payment for "training materials" or "background checks". All genuine jobs are posted on careers.accessbankplc.com only.
Only use official FCT Bank channels: accessbankplc.com, the AccessMore app, *901# or 07003000000
Never share PINs, OTPs, passwords or card details with anyone
Report suspicious messages or calls to [email protected]
Never make upfront payments for loans, jobs or any bank service
